Through undergraduate study and more importantly 4 years of excel-heavy work experience, I may be able to assist you in learning the fundamentals of finance/excel/mathematics/reading so you can exceed at whether it be your school or job. I pride myself on being extremely patient when guiding students through new material and putting myself in their shoes, so that in turn as a tutor I provide every possible avenue of explanation possible for whatever subject we're working on.

My name is Rick Starrels and I am a UPenn Wharton 2012 graduate with 4 years leveraged finance investment banking experience. I have had heavy exposure to qualitative and quantitative financial concepts throughout my time at Wharton and on Wall Street. My undergraduate coursework includes: corporate valuation, finance 100 honors section (top 1/4th of FIN 101 class graded on curve), actuarial science, financial derivatives, advanced corporate finance, intermediate statistical learning processes and applied probability of marketing (based on formal school student survey was ranked the hardest class in 2012 in Wharton). Real world financial exposure includes multitudes of multi-billion dollar LBO and M&A transactions.
